SHIPPING
Orders ship within seven business days after your order is placed via regular ground FedEx, USPS, or UPS unless we inform you otherwise on the website or via email. Shipments will come from a nearby fulfillment center, and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility. At this time, all shipments will be shipped ground, and we cannot expedite shipping.
Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as your order ships to the email address on your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at help@unitywellness.co.

All of our products are manufactured in the United States.
The process we use is a chemical-free CO2 extraction methodology, which is the gold standard in the industry. It is more expensive, but it ensures that there are no residual solvents in the final product. And it is also the most eco-friendly option (1)!
If you’re interested, here’s the step-by-step process:

Our CBD Crude Oil takes a trip through our distillation units, where a Wipe Film Distillation Process is rendered first. This process helps us refine and separate compounds that are both desirable and undesirable, so we can get rid of the “bad” stuff.

Then, our Ethanol Distillation Processes preserve many of the beneficial cannabinoids while stripping the crude oil of a number of things, mainly ALL of the THC! This ensures all our products remain compliant and within THC guidelines for CBD manufacturing.

Once distilled, we create isolates, distillates, powders, and liquids to be used in the finished goods.

Finally, we test the quality of our raw materials in the lab. We make sure every batch is just as good as the next.
Our products are shelf-stable, and the beverages do not need to be refrigerated. Of course, they taste better when chilled. Once they are open, please refrigerate them. Also, be sure to shake them up before opening them.
Each bottle contains 30mg of CBD. Each protein bar contains 20mg of CBD.

Yes! We are committed to reducing our carbon emissions and keeping our products good for you AND the planet. We just launched our new shipper boxes made of recycled foam inserts and recycled cardboard boxes. And our bottles are glass to keep plastic out of our oceans.
In addition, we partnered with EcoCart to provide you the option to offset the carbon footprint of your online orders. As of July 2021, we have offset 8,159 lbs of CO2, which is equivalent to 2,599 trees saved. Make sure “Make my order carbon neutral!” is selected at checkout so that you can shop sustainably!

RETURNS, DAMAGES, & REFUNDS
Our return policy is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective or damaged. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return.
Email us at help@unitywellness.co with a photo of the damage, showing the product is unusable. From there, we will review and reach out to verify your details and confirm an exchange or replacement.

Yes. Since the passing of the 2014 Farm Bill (and the 2018 Farm Bill), the sale of CBD derived from hemp has been legal (1).
It is important to note that the source of the CBD matters. CBD from marijuana is not legal across all 50 states, whereas hemp CBD is.
Nope! Because we formulate with an isolate, our products contain 0% THC, meaning you will not fail a drug test. That being said, be sure to do your research with other CBD products, as they could be made with a different form of CBD.
