5 Benefits of Ashwagandha
For those, like me, who are dyslexic, Ashwagandha looks like a nightmarish, made-up word. But what is it and what are the benefits of taking it? Well, I'm here to break it down for you...without getting too nerdy. Oh, and trying not to misspell it.

So while we specifically chose to fortify our products with Ashwagandha for the stress-relieving powers, as you can see by the points above, there are many more potential benefits.
