Shipping and Returns


Orders ship within 5 business days after your order is placed via regular ground Fedex/USPS, unless we inform you otherwise on the website or by email.  Shipments are from California and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility.  At this time, all shipments will be shipped ground and we are not able to expedite shipping.

Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as your order ships to the email address on your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at hello@unitywellness.co.

We currently only ship within the United States of America.

Returns, Damages and Refunds

Our return policy is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective or damaged. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return.

E-mail us at hello@unitywellness.co with a photo of the damage, showing the product is unusable. From there, we will review and reach out to verify your details and confirm an exchange.
